He is rarely seen wearing anything other than that. His hair stops just a few inches past his chin and an inch or so above his shoulders; his hair is also naturally red while his brother's is black.
-History-
Born into a wealthy family, Lucas grew up alongside his twin brother, Lucifer, and his other brother, Oliver, in a peaceful and luxurious lifestyle. As he grew up, he and Lucifer would cause much trouble, though always able to get away with it since their father was a filthy rich 'business' man. The years passed and Lucas and Lucifer never ceased to cause trouble, that is until the black-haired twin left to go study elsewhere and Lucas had chosen a different path. With his father's money and desire to rebel against his family, Lucas trained and learned to be a police officer. Surprisingly enough, he graduated early and proved that he could handle the jobs thrown at him, which soon earned him a spot at a higher rank. It was only about two years that he finally achieved the rank of Chief of police. Though he had achieved such a rank in a short time, he still keeps in contact with his troublesome twin, also going to the extent of making sure he stays out of... Trouble. Though as for his other brother he tries his best to keep him out of trouble as well, unless given a reason to just watch him flail behind bars. Currently he doesn't know where Oliver is, nor Lucifer, but he doesn't let that stop him from doing his job as Chief of police.
