History:
Infancy-
A little time after her birth, Nariko was left at the doorstep of a middle aged barren woman named Minako. She was in a basket, her parents nowhere around, the only things from them were a toy mouse and a note. The note told mostly vague information to why she was left, and her birth date, time, and first name. She had brought the baby inside, only to discover she looked extremely... Fox-like, even having a tail and ears. Any other person would have just thrown the baby out to die, because she was a creature from Yokai origins; a demon, but the woman kept her, played with her, and fed her.
Childhood-
She lived a simple life, though except her powers were still in development and her having to control them. She ever only interacted with fellow children once; though they were quite rude to her and sicked their Black Lab puppy on her, which scared her nearly to death, which kind of aided in her fear of dogs, along with the fact her species had the fear in their blood.
"Meema's" death-
One day, when Nariko had turned 45, Minako (Aged 75) lied dead in her bed. She had been sick for a while, but Nariko tried her best to help her, but she died peacefully in her sleep. She didn't understand the concept of dying of natural causes; She couldn't get old. She would look like a near adult for her entire life. When she had come to give her the soup she kept serving her nearly every day, she tried waking her up. It took her several hours to figure out she wasn't going to wake up, and three weeks to figure out she was dead (Yes, she was that slow with it.). When she finally figured it out, all she did was weep, and call for her over and over. She buried her (Quite sloppily, but what could she know about funerals?), put a rock as a gravestone, and left some wildflowers (And some grass, she tried) on the grave.
