The Ivory Gathering is a group of..hmm..demons. Not your typical, "Lucifer's Minions" demons or even the horned creatures you read about in books, no. We are a tight band of the monsters you read of in myth, the type you see in pop culture, although not as..dramatized. We are family to many species, in fact:
✘ Vampires
✘ Succubus/Incubus
✘ Werewolves
✘ Sirens
✘ Dark Entities
✘ And many more...
We do not hunt together, we do not hold meetings, we simply coexist under a set of guidelines, rankings, and order. Loyalty is a founding component in our group.
All members are expected to heed to the guidelines and base respect and loyalty upon ranks and relations with one another. The Master and/or Mistress is to be obeyed without question, failure to comply with their demands will result in consequences. Without order, a system will fail and its reputation and structure will crumble.
To identify as a member of The Ivory Gathering (TIG), one must only ask or tell. There are hardly any secrets to be had within our society, however this does not mean you may walk around bragging or showing off your membership to TIG; after all, we wouldn't want to frighten anyone.
FAQ
Can I change my rank?
If you chose a mid-tier rank, then yes, changing can be done at anytime with permission from the Master/Mistress.
If you are a slave, however, from the lowest tier, you must do some serious groveling at the feet of the Master/Mistress.
Once taking on the duties and responsibilities of a top tier rank, backing out is not an option unless you have served the minimum of 3 months in that position. Finding people the Master/Mistress can trust is not at all easy, so you are not that replaceable.
Is attacking/assaulting other members of TIG IC allowed?
Sure it is! If you have a conflict with someone who also belongs to the Ivory Gathering, then let them know. However, killing is not permitted without permission from the Master/Mistress, even if it is okay with the victim in question. This is to be sure you aren't killing someone who holds an important rank or is planned to play an important role in the rp.
